Pat Baker - Founder CEO
Pat is the creator of the 'I Can Do It' family planner. As mother of four in a mixed family - 2 boys & 2 girls (as of 2009 aged 5, 9, 12 and 16) she and her husband David have had their hands full!
During this time she looked for practical tools to help keep her family on track and could not find one! Out of pure desperation and the belief that there had to be a better way to motivate her children and create a more calm and enjoyable home environment. While working with Alison Kirby and her children Pat stumbled on an idea! With Alison's advice and guidance she set out to design an educational tool that is as fun and engaging as a game. So being the entrepreneur she is, she designed I Can Do It and created a test group of families that trialed and improved it until it was just right!
After 18+ months of development, I Can Do It! was born from a mother's desperation to get it right for her family. With a sincere belief that "a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down" Pat designed a fun system that actually teaches children life skills and values. Making a positive contribution to your family is possible at any age and it should not be a 'chore'.
Pat lives in Auckland, New Zealand. Her message to you is "We all walk our path alone, but it helps when we meet someone experiencing similar things along the way. I can take you down an amazing path, support you, inspire you and your children to change your lives for the better."
Pat has spent her professional life in International Marketing, Product Development, Quality Assurance and as a Buyer. During that time she authored a book and various magazine articles.

David Baker - Operations Manager
David Baker is operations manager of I Can Do It. David brings 32 years of experience in product development, manufacturing management and Quality Assurance to the business. David's vast experience in product engineering made it possible to create this unique, durable and environmentally friendly Planner.
David is married to Pat and the father to four, 2 boys and two girls, in a mixed family with all of the challenges that come with it. David is committed to his family and embraces an easier and better way of raising his children.

Steve Hollander - Regional Sales Manager
Steve has been a business developer and owner for over 25 years. Married 21 years to Karen with two lively 10 year old twin boys.
His strengths include an innovative approach to problem solving and expansion of business.
He has many years of successful managerial experience particularly in the sports industry combined with strong communication skills and a reliance on close team involvement.
His many entrepreneurial achievements are testimony to a combination of innovative solutions, can do attitude, quality delivery and sound business judgement.
Steve has the ability to understand issues quickly and when required act decisively.
One of his greatest assets is my networking ability within my vast group of business contacts.
Karen Hollander - Area Manager
Karen is an Area manager and brings 20 years of managerial experience, customer service and public relations to the I Can Do It team.
Karen spent 20 years working in the travel industry culminating in a management role. She and her husband created one of NZ's largest corporate group travel agency.
She is a mother of twin boys and has a passionate interest in her children's education. Karen volunteers assisting teachers at the local primary school.
Karen is a keen sports woman, golf and harness racing driving are the present activities. She and her family live on a farm and enjoy looking after the stock.
Heather Stringer - Consultant
Heather Stringer is a sales consultant and brings over 10 years experience as a nurse to the team.
Working in various fields including, medical, mental health, drug rehabilitation and facilitation of seminars, her passion is to facilitate personal growth.
Heather is married to Shaun and they have 2 children who are 5 and 2 years of age. Heather likes to walk, swim and play music. Heather also specialises in 'Goal Setting' seminars.
Louise Chapman-Ross - Consultant
Paul Gutch - Web Manager
Paul specialises in building and managing websites. His company WebMate creates websites for small, medium and large business's. Paul is the father of three children 19,16 and 11.
