Many English proverbs encourage immediate effort as superior to putting things off until later; for example, 'one years seeds,seven year's weeds', 'procrastination is the thief of time' and 'the early bird catches the worm'.

We all feel time poor these days. It is just as important to look at how you are going about things as it is to look at how much you are doing and if anyone is sharing the responsibilities.

Let's be practical and examine ways to free up time in your day. There are multitudes of pressures on men and woman today that make raising a family seem all too hard sometimes. No one can do it all alone. There is nothing unique about the pressures of daily living and the difficulties of keeping it all together. Happy wife, happy husband and happy children. The reality is that choices and compromises have to be made because something has got to give. Perhaps we try to do too much. Can we be wonderful and attentive parents, loyal employees, successful business owners, spectacular lovers, supportive partners etc. with only 24 hours in a day and seven days in a week? The truth be told life balance is usually hanging in the balance! We can't do it all by ourselves effectively so let's examine some ways to make it a bit easier.
